by Neal Krawetz, 2007. This is not an introductory book on Ubuntu. Most bookstores have a shelf dedicated to introductory books on Linux-most should be good for beginners. This book is for intermediate and advanced users. It contains hacks, tips, and techniques for power users. The hacks that I include in this book are the ones that I have found to be the easiest to implement (even if it is a complicated hack), the simplest to maintain, and the most stable of the available options.
